talktalk email and outlook

I am new here but I have a fairly long running problem sending emails from outlook 2010. My ISP is Tlaktalk and so is my mail address, and sometimes it works and I get my Ema9ils in outlook and reply to them................and sometimes it does not. When it does not work what happens is that I reply to an Email or compose a new one, write it and send it. it appears in my sent items mail so I assume it has gone., but they have not. Although they have appeared in the sent box but don’t actually go to the recipient.

I have contacted TalkTalk who gave me new email account settings which made the problem worse – couldn’t send or receive and error messages that the encryption settings where not recognised by the server. Other bthan that they just say that they do not support Outlook.

Am happy to change ISP OR whatever to resolve this problem.
